eLearning Africa 2026 Brings Digital Education to Accra
Accra hosted the 19th edition of eLearning Africa, the continent’s largest conference on digital education, training and skills development, co-hosted with Ghana’s Ministry of Education. Education leaders, policymakers, researchers and innovators gathered to discuss African-led innovation and digital sovereignty in learning.
Speakers noted that Africa’s edtech sector now spans more than 600 homegrown start-ups, and called for evidence-driven approaches to ensure technology delivers real, lasting learning outcomes — a focus that sits at the heart of D-DC’s research agenda.
